Yoto Carnegie Medal for Writing 2023 – Resources (Download) [EMC_Free]
EMC has once again partnered with CILIP (the library and information association) to produce resources for the Yoto Carnegie Medal for Writing.
Here you can access a zipped folder containing resources for shadowing groups for all seven of this year’s nominated books. Each resource contains two pages of material from CILIP’s Youth Libraries Group (one page that applies to all of the books, one to a specific book), followed by EMC’s resources.
The 2023 nominees are as follows:
- Katya Balen: The Light in Everything
- Sita Brahmachari: When Shadows Fall
- Jessie Burton: Medusa
- Louise Finch: The Eternal Return of Clara Hart
- Patrice Lawrence: Needle
- Manon Steffan Ros: The Blue Book of Nebo
- Ruta Sepetys: I Must Betray You
